Martin and I are constantly trying to reduce plastic waste in our home and make greener choices so we were super excited to come across some sustainable items during a visit to a new bulk store last week. We are still at the very beginning of swapping wasteful items with zero waste ones. So in this post, I will tell you about my top 5 ways to reduce waste in the bathroom.VIEW THE POST

Do you sometimes feel like others are the definition of zen and you just can’t figure out how they stay calm and serene when all you wanna do is flip out? I feel you, it can be annoying to encounter these rare beings… Still, you might feel like you want whatever they’re having! Happy Valentine’s Day!   “To say that one waits a lifetime for his soulmate to come around is a paradox. People eventually get sick of waiting, take a chance on someone, and by the art of commitment become soulmates, which takes a lifetime to perfect.” – Criss Jami, Venus in ArmsVIEW THE POST

Where skiing and spa meets conscious sustainability   Living in Switzerland, skiing is a big part of our lives. Martin is an avid skier and snowboarder, always looking for a ski tour or a steep hill to tackle. I, on the other hand, love my skiing to be chill and meditative, preferring slopes that lead through forests and where a helmet is optional 😉 So when we felt the itch to go away for a couple days, we looked for an eco hotel that would offer lots of skiing opportunities, some relaxation time for the two of us all while being green and sustainable. We found it at Biohotel Bergzeit in the tiny village of Zöblen, Tyrol and we absolutely loved our time there!VIEW THE POST
